1:1 Appointments – Policy

Booking & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 3 days’ notice at no additional cost. Please use the rescheduling link in your booking confirmation or contact me directly to make changes. Rescheduling outside of this policy may be offered once only as a gesture of goodwill and cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations
All 1:1 appointments are non-refundable. With at least 3 days’ notice, appointments may be rescheduled for a future date.

Late Cancellations, No-Shows & Non-Attendance
Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 3 days’ notice are forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Failure to attend a rescheduled appointment will be treated as a no-show and the session will be forfeited in full.

Late Arrival
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival will result in a shortened session, and the full fee remains payable. Where possible the full appointment time will be honoured if the booking schedule allows.

Readiness & Session Environment (Online Appointments)
Clients are responsible for attending their session on time, fully prepared, and in a quiet, private, and stationary space, with a stable internet connection and a device that allows the camera to be switched on.

Sessions cannot proceed if the client:

1. Is not settled or ready to begin (for example, just waking or moving around),

2. Experiences ongoing technical issues or insufficient signal,

3. Is unable to remain present and undisturbed.

In these circumstances, the session will be considered attended and will not be refunded or rescheduled. A good will gesture of reschedualing the appointment may be possible and will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Goodwill & Repeated Rescheduling
Repeated rescheduling, non-attendance, or failure to attend agreed sessions will result in the appointment being forfeited, in fairness to other clients wishing to book.

Emergencies
I understand that genuine emergencies can arise. Please contact me as soon as possible if something urgent prevents you from attending. Any discretion offered is at my sole judgement and cannot be guaranteed.

Scope of Practice & Responsibility
Sessions are offered as spiritual and wellbeing support and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Clients are responsible for their own wellbeing, integration, and any actions taken following a session.

Session Boundaries
I reserve the right to pause or end a session if the container cannot be held safely, respectfully, or appropriately.

Recording & Privacy
Sessions may not be recorded by the client without prior written consent.

Force Majeure
If a session cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond my control (such as power failure or platform outage), the session will be rescheduled.

Sacred Space
These sessions are held as a sacred and intentional container. Your preparation, presence, and respect for the agreed time honour the work and ensure fairness to all clients.

 

Angel Event Policy – Online & In-Person

Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Tickets are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Non-Refundable Tickets
All tickets are non-refundable, due to preparatory work, advertisement, and for in-person events venue hire costs.

Transfers / Rescheduling

At my discretion, tickets for online events may be moved to another scheduled online event. Please contact me in advance to request a transfer. For in-person events, due to venue hire and fixed costs, tickets for in-person events cannot be transferred or rescheduled.

Cancellations or requests outside of these rules, or failure to attend, will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

No-Show Policy
Failure to attend an event without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and the ticket fee will be retained.

Event Changes by Organiser
While every effort is made to deliver the event as described, I reserve the right to:

Cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low registration, facilitator availability, venue issues, or force majeure)

Alter location, format, schedule, or content if necessary

If I cancel an event entirely, ticket holders will be offered either:

A transfer to the rescheduled event, or

A refund of the ticket price (excluding Eventbrite processing fees).

Liability & Personal Responsibility
Participation is voluntary. Attendees accept personal responsibility for their wellbeing during and after the event.

Legal & Consumer Information
This policy operates alongside Eventbrite’s platform policies. By booking, attendees acknowledge they have read and agree to both Eventbrite’s terms and this event policy.
