Lunetta Holistics collects and processes personal data relating to its clients. We are committed to being transparent about how data is collected and used and to meet its data protection obligations.
 

What information do we collect?

We collect and process a minimal range of your data which includes:

- your name and contact details including email address and telephone number. In some instances we may collect your home address

- DOB to ensure you are over the age of 18 

-  Details of the content of the reading sessions will not be collected, however details of the healing sessions will be recorded on a crystal prescription and saved in your client file.

- information from reviews will be collected to improve services. If permission is provided, testimonials may be published on website and social media channels.

We will collect your contact information to book the reading and healing appointments. There will be an option for you to join our mailing list, to receive newsletters and discounts which you can opt out of at anytime which will result in you being removed from our database.

Why do we process personal data?

Collecting this data allows us to ensure that the service provided is personalised and tailored to you. We also need to collect and process your contact information to confirm your appointment booking.

Who has access to your data?

Your data may be shared with insurance companies in the event of making a claim through the UK courts.

Your information will not be sold to third parties or shared with other clients.

How do we protect your data?

We take the security of your data seriously and have processes in place to ensure your data isn’t lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed. Data will only be processed by the Data Controller.

In the event of sharing data with insurance companies, the data will be processed on its behalf on the basis of written instructions, under the duty of confidentiality and are obliged to implement appropriate security measures. 
 

How long do we keep data?

To comply with our insurance provider, your data will be retained for a period of 5 years. After this retention period, your data will be destroyed.

Your rights

As a data subject, you have a number of rights. You can;

- access and obtain a record of your data on request

- require Lunetta Holistics to change incorrect or incomplete data

- require Lunetta Holistics to delete or stop processing your data

- object to the processing of your data where Lunetta Holistics is relying on legitimate interests as legal ground for processing
